About The Position

Rooms To Go is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose furniture and create their desired home design. The company provides paid training, sales tools, advertising, financing, and delivery support. Compensation averages around $70,000–$100,000 per year depending on commission and position location, with uncapped monthly commissions and unlimited earning potential. The role offers a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate.
Experience working directly with customers, including in service roles such as serving, bartending, retail sales, real estate, or flight attendance.

Responsibilities
