About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers find furniture and realize their home design vision. The role uses a consultative sales approach: associates learn about customers’ needs, explain product benefits and value, and recommend additional products, financing, and protection plans. Associates work with a team to achieve sales goals and are supported with paid training, sales tools, advertising, financing, and delivery services. Pay averages around $70,000–$100,000 per year, depending on commissions and position location.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail sales experience is preferred, but not required; training is available for the right candidate.
Experience working directly with customers, including in service roles such as serving, bartending, retail sales, real estate, or flight attendance.
