About The Position

The Sales Operations Business Partner supports a designated group of districts within the AMER Enterprise or Commercial segment, partnering closely with District Managers to manage day-to-day operational workflows, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with teams such as Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Channel, and Sales Engineering. The role takes ownership of operational and administrative tasks so District Managers can focus more on coaching and deal execution. Forecast ownership, team leadership, deal strategy, AE coaching, and executive customer relationships remain with the District Manager. This trusted business partner role requires analytical ability, strong communication, and cross-functional coordination. It works alongside the Regional Sales Operations team, whose focus is region-wide consistency, governance, and leadership reporting, while this role concentrates on the operational needs of assigned districts. The position can provide a path toward Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Manager roles. The role is office-centric in New York City, with an expectation to work in the office five days a week. The company describes an environment focused on innovation, growth, teamwork, inclusion, and employee development, and offers flexible time off, wellness resources, and company-sponsored team events.
