Sales Operations Business Partner, Commercial

About The Position

Everpure is hiring a Sales Operations Business Partner to support assigned districts in the AMER Commercial segment. The role works closely with District Managers to manage day-to-day sales operations, maintain data integrity, and coordinate with partners including Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Channel, Marketing, and Sales Engineers. By taking ownership of operational and administrative workflows, the position gives District Managers more time for coaching and deal execution. Forecast ownership, deal strategy, AE coaching, and executive customer relationships remain with the District Manager; this role supports the underlying sales processes with precise, timely execution. The position is part of the Regional Sales Operations team, which oversees region-wide consistency, governance, and leadership reporting. The role focuses more narrowly and deeply on the day-to-day operations of assigned districts. It is a business-partnering role requiring analytical ability, strong communication, organization, and follow-through, with a stated potential career path toward Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Manager roles. The role is based in Chicago and is office-centric, with an expectation to work in the office five days per week. Success in the first six months includes freeing District Managers to spend more time coaching, improving Deal Desk and escalation cycle times and pipeline hygiene, starting forecast calls with clean data, and reducing the time needed to prepare for Quarterly Sales Reviews while improving the value of their insights.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or another analytical, business-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • High familiarity with using AI to build dashboards, synthesize data, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across many open requests.
  • Track record of acting as a business partner rather than only a reporting resource.
  • Ability to hold sales teams to process, such as asking Account Executives to update pipeline, while building trust.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and ability to summarize data simply for busy sales leaders.
  • Curiosity about how sales teams work and interest in developing a career in Sales Operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Clari or a similar forecasting tool.

Responsibilities

  • Track pipeline quality in Salesforce and Clari, follow up with Account Executives to update and clean opportunities, and flag pipeline hygiene gaps to District Managers.
  • Prepare district data for weekly forecast calls, identify anomalies and changes, and prepare the roll-up for District Manager review.
  • Receive and route customer and internal escalations to the appropriate team and track them through resolution.
  • Follow up on Deal Desk requests as needed and communicate approval status to District Managers and Account Executives.
  • Monitor proof-of-concept (POC) and expedite requests, update stakeholders, and coordinate logistics across teams.
  • Prepare district data and pre-work for Quarterly Sales Reviews and track post-meeting action items through completion.
  • Support territory and district data analysis, capacity modeling, and annual planning preparation.
  • Serve as the district’s day-to-day contact for operational requests involving Finance, Legal, Channel, Marketing, and Sales Engineer teams.
  • Handle reporting requests and operational asks from District Managers and maintain a working cadence, including weekly syncs with each District Manager and forecast-call support.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off.
