About The Position

SERVPRO of Highland Park is hiring a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to grow the business. The role involves developing new business opportunities and building relationships with referral partners, customers, and local businesses while promoting SERVPRO’s restoration services. The position is full-time and in-person in Highland Park, California. The base salary is $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commissions and performance bonuses. Total annual earnings may exceed $100,000, depending on individual performance.

Requirements

• Sales or marketing experience in the water and fire restoration industry is required.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience in the restoration industry is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Generate new residential and commercial business.
• Make daily sales calls and in-person visits.
• Attend networking events and community functions.
• Promote SERVPRO’s water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services.
• Track sales activities and customer relationships.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Work with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
