About The Position

Senior Helpers of High Point is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to generate new client leads, build referral relationships, and promote the Senior Helpers brand throughout the High Point area. The position combines community engagement, relationship-building, and strategic marketing to increase awareness and use of the company’s in-home care services for seniors. The salary will be set by the owner and will depend on experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development; healthcare or senior-services experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with public speaking and community engagement.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in healthcare or senior services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue referral sources, including healthcare providers, senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to promote Senior Helpers services.
• Manage a lead pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and senior expos.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and the care coordination team.
• Track sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, referral activity, and client acquisition.
