About The Position

SERVPRO of Highland Park is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow the business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and building relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. The representative promotes restoration services for water, fire, mold, and storm damage, works with the operations team to support excellent customer service, and helps customers recover from property damage. This is a full-time, in-person position in Highland Park, California. Compensation includes a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commissions and performance bonuses. Total annual earnings may exceed $100,000, depending on individual performance. Employees are hired and supervised by the independently owned and operated SERVPRO franchise.

Requirements

Sales or marketing experience in the water and fire restoration industry is required.
Three to five years of marketing experience in the restoration industry is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
Generate new residential and commercial business.
Make daily sales calls and in-person visits.
Attend networking events and community functions.
Promote SERVPRO's water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services.
Track sales activities and customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Work with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
