Sales Manager - Experiential Marketing

Aardvark Studios•Conshohocken, PA
•$170,000 - $250,000

About The Position

Aardvark Studios is seeking an experienced sales leader to lead and develop a team of salespeople, improve sales processes, and drive profitable revenue growth in the experiential marketing industry. This is not a traditional individual-contributor sales role: success is measured by the performance of the salespeople the manager leads. The role has authority and resources to build a high-performing team and strengthen a growing sales organization. The Sales Manager will own revenue goals and performance for assigned salespeople; coach the team across prospecting, client relationships, pipeline management, deal strategy, and closing; and establish a disciplined, repeatable sales process with consistent CRM usage and accurate forecasting. The manager will recruit, onboard, develop, and retain salespeople, address underperformance, support strategic opportunities, and work with estimating, creative, and operations to pursue suitable opportunities, protect margins, and deliver commitments. Aardvark Studios brings ambitious ideas to life for leading brands and agencies through creative design, custom fabrication, technology, and nationwide experiential activations. The manager will work directly with the leadership team and help shape the company's growing sales organization.
