About The Position

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Manager to build, develop, and lead a team of professional Territory Managers. The role promotes Green Guard First Aid products in an assigned sales territory, works with Uniform sales teams on team-selling opportunities, and delivers CPR/First Aid and AED classes to clients. The manager is responsible for motivating the team to meet monthly sales targets and contributing to monthly and yearly revenue goals. The position includes on-the-job training and follows a five-day work week with two days off per week.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record.
Comply with UniFirst's minimum auto insurance requirements when driving a personal vehicle for business purposes.
Experience in business-to-business selling or account management required.
Solid business understanding and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prospect and promote Green Guard First Aid products in a designated sales territory.
Use internal referrals and external lead-generation strategies to identify potential customers.
Supervise and oversee Territory Managers within the assigned region.
Keep the team focused and motivated to achieve monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with Uniform sales teams to identify and pursue team-selling opportunities.
Leverage the strengths of both product lines to enhance sales prospects.
Conduct CPR/First Aid and AED classes.
Provide clients with training, knowledge, and support.
Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue contribution goals.
Maintain consistent performance to contribute to the company's financial success.
