About The Position
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals ready to move from individual sales into management. The 6–9-month Manager Academy Program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, and yearly salary increases. Moving expenses are available, and relocation is required upon graduation. Safe Haven Security is an established company with more than 27 years of direct in-home sales experience and more than 100 offices nationwide. It is ADT’s largest authorized dealer. Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Complete the 6–9-month Manager Academy Program and its hands-on management training.
- Sell through direct in-home sales while developing toward a management role.
- Relocate upon graduation from the program.
