About The Position
Safe Haven Security is hiring experienced sales professionals for its 6–9-month Manager Academy Program. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, yearly salary increases, and possible moving expenses. The position is with an established home security company and ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Candidates must be willing to relocate upon graduation.
Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the 6–9-month Manager Academy Program and complete hands-on management training.
- Build on individual sales experience to prepare for a management role.
- Relocate upon graduation.
