About The Position
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals to move from individual sales into management through its 6–9-month Manager Academy Program. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, and yearly salary increases. Moving expenses may be available, and relocation is required upon graduation. Safe Haven Security is an established company with more than 27 years of direct in-home sales experience and is ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the 6–9-month Manager Academy Program and complete hands-on management training.
