About The Position
Safe Haven Security is hiring experienced sales professionals for a 6–9-month Manager Academy Program designed to help them move from individual sales into management. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, and yearly salary increases. Moving expenses are available, and graduates must be willing to relocate. Safe Haven Security is an established home security company and ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation.
