Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits
About The Position
Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals to transition from individual sales into management through its 6–9-month Manager Academy Program. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. Compensation includes a stated $12,000 plus monthly earning potential, a base salary with uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, yearly salary increases, and moving expenses available. This is W-2 employment. The role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA plans, a 401(k), paid holidays, accrued PTO, and incentives such as vacation trips for top performers. Relocation is expected upon graduation. Safe Haven Security is an established home-security company and ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide.
Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation
