About The Position

Safe Haven Security is seeking experienced sales professionals who want to move from individual sales into management. The role begins with a 6–9-month Manager Academy Program that provides hands-on management training and promises a promotion upon successful graduation. Compensation includes a stated $12,000 plus monthly earning potential, base salary with uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, yearly salary increases, and possible moving expenses. The position is W-2 employment.

Requirements

• Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation from the program.
