Sales Manager Trainee - Base Salary + Full Benefits
About The Position
Safe Haven Security is hiring experienced sales professionals to transition from individual sales into management through a 6–9-month Manager Academy Program. The program provides hands-on management training, high earning potential, and a guaranteed promotion upon successful graduation. Compensation includes a $12,000 base salary plus monthly earning potential, uncapped commissions, monthly performance bonuses, weekly pay, and yearly salary increases. Moving expenses are available, and relocation is required upon graduation. The position is W-2 employment. Safe Haven Security is an established home security company and ADT’s largest authorized dealer, with more than 100 offices nationwide. Requirements
- Proven track record in direct in-home sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate upon graduation.
