About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Hot Springs market and surrounding communities. The trainee starts learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serves customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and community relationship-building, the trainee learns customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the opportunity to progress toward running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations in the market, based on business needs and available opportunities. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500–$55,547 and an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
