About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. The Sales Management Trainee starts learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning operational responsibilities. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role includes community relationship-building and training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The opportunity supports the Lawton market, with potential placement at Enterprise Mobility locations throughout Lawton, Fort Sill, Duncan, Altus, Cache, Elgin, and surrounding communities based on business needs and available opportunities. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500 to $55,547 and an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Learn the Enterprise Mobility business while working from a neighborhood branch.
Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
Handle operational responsibilities within the branch.
Build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
Establish relationships in the community to support business growth.
