About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, a structured, hands-on role based at one of its neighborhood branches in Tyler, Texas. The trainee learns the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The program provides training, mentoring, and support to build skills for eventually running a branch, developing a team, and cultivating new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500–$55,547, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require the company's work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
