About The Position
The Sales Management Trainee Program is designed for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. This 24-week, hands-on job experience gives each Trainee the opportunity to join a team, expand their experience, participate in all areas of Dayton Freight’s operations, and learn about the company, its culture, and the transportation industry. The program also develops future-focused leadership skills so that, upon completion, Trainees are prepared to take on a sales position within the company.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
- Must be willing to work a rotation of first, second, and third shifts during training.
