About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Shreveport-Bossier City market. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support. The role combines customer-facing work with operational responsibilities and is designed to develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and build relationships in the community. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Haughton, Minden, Greenwood, Shreveport Regional Airport, and surrounding communities, based on business needs and available opportunities. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500 to $55,547, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Must have no DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling operational responsibilities.
Learn the business through a structured, hands-on management training program.
Develop the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
Provide customer service and learn sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Establish relationships in the community to help build the business.
