About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Wichita market and surrounding communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at locations across Wichita, Derby, Andover, Maize, Hutchinson, Newton, Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, and nearby communities according to business needs and available opportunities. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Trainees serve customers and partners while learning branch operations and gaining experience in customer service, sales and marketing, and finance. The position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement through a promotion-from-within culture. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $47,500–$55,547, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
