About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, a structured, hands-on role based at a neighborhood branch in Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, or Suncity Center, Florida. The trainee learns the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through training, mentoring, and support, the trainee builds skills to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. The program provides experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $52,300 and an average 45-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales, defined as commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
If lacking sales experience, at least one year of experience or involvement in the military, as a collegiate athlete, or in a leadership role within an academic organization.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record, with no more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
