Sales Management Trainee
About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, an opportunity supporting the West Plains market, including West Plains, Thayer, Willow Springs, Mountain Home, Arkansas, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market, based on business needs and available opportunities. The trainee begins learning the business from a neighborhood branch and serves customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and community relationship-building, the trainee learns customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of being prepared to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The role offers a career path with opportunities for progression and promotion from within. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500 to $55,547, based on an average 46-hour work week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and develop branch operational expertise.
- Learn the business through a structured, hands-on management training program based in a neighborhood branch.
- Build community relationships that support development of the trainee’s own business.
- Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Prepare to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Put customers first while contributing to business growth.
