About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, an opportunity supporting the Ardmore market, including Ardmore, Marietta, Davis, Madill, Thackerville, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance and mentoring, trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. They build relationships in the community and develop the skills to run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $47,500–$55,547 and an average 46-hour work week. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license.
No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug- and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require the company to sponsor work authorization now or in the future.
