About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program, supporting the Delaware County and Philadelphia suburbs market. Trainees may be placed at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market, including Springfield, Media, surrounding Delaware County communities, and nearby Philadelphia suburbs, based on business needs and available opportunities. The target compensation is $57,530 annually based on a 46-hour workweek.

Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining operational experience. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support, they develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, alongside community relationship-building and a customer-first approach.

Enterprise Mobility is a mobility-solutions provider operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands. Its services include car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in one or more of the following: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality; leadership in military, social, or academic organizations; or participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or collegiate team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• Must be living in the Delaware County area within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
