About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program, supporting the Delaware County and Philadelphia suburbs market. Opportunities may be available throughout Springfield, Media, surrounding Delaware County communities, and nearby Philadelphia suburbs. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations in the market, based on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining operational experience. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. The target compensation is $57,530 annually, based on a 46-hour workweek.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales and customer service, leadership, or sports leadership and competition.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
• Must be living in the Delaware County area within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise Mobility.
• Learn and support neighborhood branch operations.
• Build relationships in the community to help develop business.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Work toward the ability to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Prioritize customers in daily work.
