About The Position

American Senior Benefits is seeking individuals interested in developing sales and leadership abilities while building a career helping others. The role is suited to people with experience in customer service, account management, business development, retail management, or other client-facing professions. Candidates will develop consultative sales and relationship-building skills, learn to help clients understand insurance and retirement-related solutions, and build capabilities in business development, communication, and client service. The position also provides mentorship from experienced professionals and development of skills and knowledge for future leadership responsibilities. Insurance experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to obtain any licenses required for the position. Compensation packages are fully customizable to fit candidates’ goals and needs. The stated compensation range is USD $41,500 to $101,000 per year.
