OH-Mason Sales Management Trainee
About The Position
American Senior Benefits is seeking individuals interested in developing sales and leadership abilities while building a career helping others. The role is suited to people with experience in customer service, account management, business development, retail management, or other client-facing professions. The trainee will build consultative sales, relationship-building, business development, communication, and client-service skills; learn to help clients understand insurance and retirement-related solutions; and develop knowledge for future leadership responsibilities. The position includes working with experienced professionals who provide mentorship. Insurance experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to obtain any licenses required for the position. Compensation packages are customizable, with listed annual compensation of USD $41,500 to USD $101,000.
