About The Position

The Team Lead assists with the responsibilities of the facility and its operations. This is a team-oriented role that supports the management team and helps set an example by exceeding expectations. The position offers an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash and develop toward management positions.

The role is based in Mason, Ohio, and pays $16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Scheduling is flexible. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check as required by state guidelines.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
