About The Position

Mike Shaw Subaru Greeley is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant to help deliver a positive car-buying experience. The role manages dealership vehicle inventory and the lot, including cleaning, moving, organizing, and displaying vehicles; tagging vehicles with disclaimers and organizing their keys; and supporting vehicle arrivals and deliveries. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Take a proactive approach to work.
• Have good organizational and communication skills.
• Be able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
• Be able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize vehicle inventory.
• Receive and verify inbound vehicles against invoices when applicable.
• Catalog and input keys into the Key Track system.
• Ensure vehicles have fuel, required stickers and buyers guides, and are in good condition.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that accessories listed on the invoice or addendum are present.
• Keep inventory clean and presentable, with disclaimers and vehicle information displayed properly.
• Move and deliver vehicles when instructed.
