About The Position

Hyundai of Kirkland is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant to help keep dealership inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers. This role supports a positive first impression by maintaining the dealership lot, safely moving vehicles, preparing inventory for display, and assisting the sales team with daily operational needs. The position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement within automotive retail.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the organization and appearance of vehicle inventory.
• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are properly tagged and merchandised.
• Conduct routine lot inspections and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transportation as needed.
• Keep showroom, lot, and inventory areas clean and presentable.
• Support the sales department with operational tasks.
• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
