About The Position

Hyundai of Kirkland is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant to keep dealership inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers. The role helps create a positive first impression by maintaining the dealership lot, moving vehicles safely, preparing inventory for display, and supporting the sales team’s daily operations. It offers an opportunity to gain dealership experience and potentially advance within automotive retail.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles throughout the day.
• Have teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the organization and appearance of vehicle inventory.
• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are properly tagged and merchandised.
• Conduct routine lot inspections and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transportation as needed.
• Keep showroom, lot, and inventory areas clean and presentable.
• Support the sales department with operational tasks.
• Follow dealership safety policies and procedures.
