About The Position

Volkswagen of Gilbert, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who demonstrates respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role supports dealership operations by maintaining the vehicle lot, washing and fueling cars, checking incoming vehicles, inspecting deliveries, and organizing keys. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly precise and accurate approach to work.
Strong listening and communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.
Able to earn trust while respecting authority.
Unselfish, approachable, accommodating, and analytical.

Responsibilities

Arrange cars on the lot and keep the lot neat and orderly.
Wash and fuel cars.
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
Inspect new and used vehicles delivered to the dealership for damage.
Catalog and store keys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
