About The Position

Aloha Kia Kona, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is hiring a Service Lot Attendant (Valet) who aligns with the company’s values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role supports the service team by moving and preparing vehicles, greeting and directing customers, cleaning and organizing service areas, and picking up or delivering customer vehicles or shuttling customers as needed. The position calls for precise, accountable work, a positive and energetic attitude, and strong listening and communication skills.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate precision and accountability.
• Have strong listening and communication skills, high energy, and a positive attitude.
• Be approachable and accommodating, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles, greet customers, clean cars, and support the service team.
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
• Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
• Clean and organize the service drive, service shop, and service lot.
• Keep the service drive clear by parking cars and storing keys.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles or shuttle customers as needed.
