About The Position

Volkswagen of Gilbert, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant who reflects the company’s values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The role involves maintaining and organizing the vehicle lot, preparing vehicles, checking incoming vehicles, and handling keys. The ideal candidate is precise, approachable, accommodating, analytical, energetic, positive, and communicates and listens well. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record that meets company standards, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Highly precise and accurate work.
Strong listening and communication skills.
High energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Arrange cars on the lot and ensure the lot is neat and orderly.
Wash and fuel cars.
Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against the invoice.
Inspect new and used vehicles delivered to the dealership for damage.
Catalog and store keys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
