About The Position

Ashby is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader in North America to lead the Enterprise segment and scale the Enterprise Account Executive team across the West (Mountain, Pacific, and Central). The role focuses on selling Ashby’s consolidated talent acquisition platform, which replaces multiple legacy tools, and supporting the company’s expansion into larger customers and new markets. The leader will own the segment’s revenue outcomes, work alongside senior AEs on major opportunities, and help manage risks and complexity in competitive replacement deals. They will build and develop a high-caliber team of solution-selling experts and foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to support future enterprise customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of AMER Sales, this person will influence Ashby’s go-to-market strategy and sales methodology. The role is hands-on: the company expects its sales leaders to engage in deals and daily operations, learn the product in depth, and contribute to a collaborative, team-based sales motion.

  • Ability to become an expert in the product and industry, connect relevant information quickly, and provide practical guidance and stories.
  • Experience selling a complex, multi-product platform and winning competitive rip-and-replace sales motions.
