About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Sales will serve as the incubator for the company’s U.S. sales organization, building its Enterprise presence from the ground up. This hands-on, zero-to-one role owns the end-to-end operation of the business unit, from pipeline generation and prospecting through closing high-value deals. The role begins by personally leading and scaling an initial team of 8 to 10 representatives. After establishing and validating repeatable processes, the Director will expand the organization to more than 40 remote representatives across the United States and hire and mentor Sales Managers. The position is remote and requires residency in the United States. The company provides a DevOps and Data Management platform for the Salesforce ecosystem, including CI/CD, automated testing, backup and recovery, and data masking products. The Director will build sales processes, operations, and culture for this technical product suite, with responsibility for the Enterprise P&L and the opportunity to create a blueprint for global expansion.
