About The Position

Lead onboarding of Benchmark Gensuite’s Anvl Frontline Worker Safety product for global and enterprise customers. The role covers technical configuration, integrations, training, and launch. The Implementation Leader tailors Anvl to customers’ safety, quality, and operational processes, trains their teams, and hands off customers to Account Management after launch. The role also uses AI to improve implementation speed and customer outcomes. This is a full-time remote position limited to candidates in the US Midwest and East Coast.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience implementing large, complex Enterprise SaaS products from kickoff through launch.
Familiarity with EHS, quality, sustainability, or connected-worker industrial SaaS and relevant industries, such as energy, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or field service.
Hands-on experience configuring SaaS workflows for business customers.
Hands-on experience integrating systems and data flows through APIs.
Experience training customer users on software.
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and/or implementing AI-enabled features for customers.
Ability to build trust with people at all levels and explain the product in terms relevant to them.
Ability to teach and coach non-technical users, adapting the approach until they are confident using the product.
Ownership and accountability in keeping projects moving, raising blockers early, and following through on commitments.
Structured project management skills for organizing complex rollouts and managing multiple moving pieces.
Curiosity and learning agility, including the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
Sound judgment in using AI, checking its output for accuracy and knowing when human judgment should take over.

Nice To Haves

Basic HTML skills and experience with diagramming and project management tools.
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a startup or small-team environment.

Responsibilities

Learn customers’ goals, processes, and systems; document requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
Recommend and configure Anvl workflows that fit customer operations, sharing best practices.
Design, configure, and test API-based integrations between Anvl and customer systems, collaborating with customer IT and technical teams.
Plan and manage large, multi-milestone rollouts and keep them on schedule.
Train customer teams, from field technicians to administrators, to use Anvl confidently at launch.
Implement AI-enabled capabilities for customers and guide them in using these tools effectively.
Use AI tools for project plans, documentation, configuration, and analysis, and check their output for quality.
Hand off launched customers to Account Management with clear documentation.
Report project status and blockers to implementation leadership weekly.
Share product feedback, customer use cases, and expansion opportunities with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
