About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for guests. The role involves leading by example, delivering exceptional service, engaging guests in a lively and welcoming manner, and supporting store operations. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Proactive approach to showcasing products.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing and walking, with occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
