About The Position

Climate Experts is hiring a part-time Sales Lead Generator to work inside the Home Depot at 5880 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce, Florida. The role involves engaging shoppers about their home service needs, explaining Climate Experts’ HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, and booking appointments for technicians and project managers. This is an in-store sales role, not a stocking or customer-service position. The schedule is 20–30 hours per week, planned around busy store periods and potentially adjusted around classes with manager approval. Fridays and weekends are required. The position pays $16 per hour, plus $10 per confirmed booked appointment and another $10 when the appointment runs. Weekly bonuses are available based on booked leads. Paid training and sales coaching are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be outgoing, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Have reliable transportation, including transportation to three training days at the Palm Bay store.
• Have a smartphone with data to clock in.
• Be comfortable standing for full shifts and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a Home Depot background check.
• Wear black or tan khakis.
• Be available to work Fridays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or a similar field; experience is not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk the store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers.
• Clearly and confidently explain services, including the 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates.
• Book appointments for technicians and project managers.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership.
• Work toward a weekly goal of 10 booked leads and 5 appointments that run.
• Represent Climate Experts with professionalism and energy.

Benefits

• $16 per hour.
