About The Position

Climate Experts is hiring a part-time Sales Lead Generator to work inside the Home Depot at 1885 58th Ave, Vero Beach, Florida. The role focuses on engaging shoppers, explaining Climate Experts’ HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, and booking appointments for technicians and project managers. It is a sales position rather than a stocking or customer-service role, with earnings tied to hourly pay, booked appointments, appointments that run, and weekly bonuses.

The position offers $16 per hour, $10 for each confirmed booked appointment, and an additional $10 when the appointment runs. Weekly bonuses are $100 for 10–14 booked leads, $200 for 15–19, and $300 for 20 or more. The schedule is 20–30 hours per week and is set weekly around busy store times. Fridays and weekends are required; class-related adjustments may be approved by a manager. The company provides paid training and sales coaching, a polo and apron, and employee-of-the-month recognition and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be outgoing, confident, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Be self-motivated and driven by earnings and results.
• Have reliable transportation, including transportation to three training days at the Palm Bay store.
• Have a smartphone with data for clocking in.
• Be comfortable standing for full shifts and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a Home Depot background check.
• Wear black or tan khakis.
• Be available to work Fridays and weekends.

• Sales experience, such as retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or similar; experience is not required, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk the store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers.
• Discuss homeowners’ home-service needs and explain Climate Experts’ services, including its 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates.
• Book appointments for technicians and project managers.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leadership.
• Work toward weekly goals of 10 booked leads and 5 appointments that run.
• Represent Climate Experts professionally and energetically.
