About The Position

Climate Experts is hiring part-time Sales Lead Generators to work inside its partner Home Depot store at 5880 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce, Florida. The role involves walking the store during busy hours, approaching homeowners, discussing their home service needs, explaining Climate Experts’ services, and booking appointments for technicians and project managers. This is a sales-focused position rather than shelf stocking or customer service. Compensation is $16 per hour, plus $10 per confirmed booked appointment and another $10 when the appointment runs. Weekly bonuses are available based on booked-lead totals. The role is scheduled for 20–30 hours per week, with a new schedule each week based on busy store hours. Fridays and weekends are required; hours may be adjusted around classes with manager approval. Paid training and sales coaching are provided, including three training days at the Palm Bay store. Applicants must be able to work at the Fort Pierce store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be outgoing, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching strangers.
• Have reliable transportation, including transportation to three training days at the Palm Bay store.
• Have a smartphone with data to clock in.
• Be comfortable standing and walking on your feet for full shifts and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a Home Depot background check.
• Wear black or tan khakis.
• Be available to work Fridays and weekends.
• Be able to work at the Home Depot at 5880 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or a similar field; experience is not required because training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk the Home Depot store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain Climate Experts’ services, including the 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates.
• Book appointments for technicians and project managers.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leadership.
• Work toward a weekly goal of 10 booked leads and 5 appointments that run.
• Represent Climate Experts professionally and energetically.
