About The Position

Climate Experts is hiring a part-time Sales Lead Generator to work inside the Home Depot at 13361 US-1 in Sebastian, Florida. The role focuses on engaging shoppers, explaining home services, and booking appointments for Climate Experts’ technicians and project managers. The company describes this as a sales position rather than a stocking or customer-service role. The schedule is 20–30 hours per week, with weekly schedules built around busy store hours and adjusted around classes with manager approval. Fridays and weekends are required. Training takes place over three days at the company’s Palm Bay store. Compensation is $16 per hour, plus $10 per confirmed booked appointment and an additional $10 when the appointment runs. Weekly bonuses range from $100 to $300 based on booked-lead volume. Climate Experts is a fast-growing, family-owned home services company serving Brevard, Indian River, and St. Lucie counties, with services in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be outgoing, confident, self-motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Have reliable transportation, including transportation to three training days at the Palm Bay store.
• Have a smartphone with data for clocking in.
• Be comfortable standing for full shifts and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a Home Depot background check.
• Wear black or tan khakis.
• Be available Fridays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience in retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or a similar field; experience is not required and training is provided.
• Availability that can be adjusted around classes, with manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Walk the Home Depot store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain Climate Experts’ services, including its 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates.
• Book appointments for technicians and project managers.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leadership.
• Work toward a weekly goal of 10 booked leads, with 5 appointments running.
• Represent Climate Experts professionally and energetically.
