About The Position

Climate Experts is hiring a part-time Sales Lead Generator to work inside the Home Depot at 1140 Malabar Rd SE in Palm Bay, Florida. This is a sales role focused on engaging shoppers, discussing their home-service needs, and booking appointments for Climate Experts’ technicians and project managers. The company provides services in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work and describes itself as a fast-growing, family-owned business serving Brevard, Indian River, and St. Lucie counties.

The role pays $16 per hour, plus $10 for each confirmed booked appointment and another $10 when the appointment runs. Weekly bonuses are $100 for 10–14 booked leads, $200 for 15–19, and $300 for 20 or more. Paid training and sales coaching are provided. The position is scheduled for 20–30 hours per week, with a new schedule built around busy store times. Fridays and weekends are required; hours may be adjusted around classes with manager approval. Applicants must be able to work at the specified Palm Bay store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be outgoing, confident, high-energy, self-motivated, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Have reliable transportation, including transportation to three training days at the Palm Bay store.
• Have a smartphone with data for clocking in.
• Be comfortable standing for full shifts and able to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a Home Depot background check.
• Wear black or tan khakis.
• Be available to work Fridays and weekends.
• Sales experience is not required; the company will provide training.

• Sales experience in retail, cell phones, restaurants, gym memberships, or a similar area.
• Availability that can be adjusted around classes, subject to manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Walk the store during busy hours and start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain Climate Experts’ services, including its 24-point HVAC tune-up and free estimates.
• Book appointments for technicians and project managers.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership.
• Work toward a weekly goal of 10 booked leads and 5 appointments that run.
• Represent Climate Experts professionally and energetically.
