About The Position
The Sales Gallery Coordinator greets guests courteously and helps create a positive environment for guests and owners in support of the Sales team. The role updates the Chorus system with tour information and assigns guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation. It also handles incoming telephone calls and helps maintain the Sales Galleries. The coordinator provides welcoming customer service, records and reports tour assignments, maintains tour rules and Sales Executive rotations, manages café and refreshment inventory, and oversees specified financial transactions. The role also coordinates guest and owner transportation pick-ups and drop-offs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Intermediate digital literacy, including Office Suite skills.
- Ability to work a fully flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or college diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and owners, provide outstanding customer service, and encourage a positive atmosphere.
- Identify and assign guests to Sales Executives and Leaders using the sales rotation system.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Record tour assignments in the HGV system and manual logs, and report tour information.
- Maintain and interpret tour rules and update Sales Executive rotations.
- Manage inventory and restock café and refreshment areas.
- Issue Taxi/Uber reimbursements and balance extra premiums.
- Coordinate guest and owner pick-up and drop-off services with the transportation team.
- Maintain the Sales Galleries.
