About The Position

As a Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will provide outstanding service to internal and external customers and support the Sales and Marketing Departments by carrying out Sales Front Desk, gifting, and kitchen responsibilities in a smooth and consistent manner. This is an hourly role paying $19.00 per hour.

The position requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Track daily attendance and training attendance.
• Set and update Sales Executive rotations daily and specialty rotations on their effective dates.
• Check in guests and owners for sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives using accurate codes.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employees.
• Take inventory of and stock kitchen supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda.
• Keep café and refreshment areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with Extra Premiums for all departments and reconcile them nightly.
• Issue taxi and Uber reimbursements to guests and owners.
• Coordinate guest and owner pickup and drop-off details with the transportation team for presentation transportation.
• Carry out reasonable requests from management that the team member is capable of performing.
