About The Position

The Sales Gallery Coordinator courteously greets guests and helps create a positive environment for Guests and Owners in support of the Sales team. The role updates Chorus with tour information, assigns guests to Sales Executives according to the sales rotation, answers and directs incoming calls, and helps maintain the Sales Galleries. It also includes coordinating guest transportation, managing café and refreshment inventory, recording tour assignments and reports, and handling specified financial transactions.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Intermediate digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or college diploma.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service to support a positive and memorable experience.
Identify and assign guests to Sales Executives and Leaders using the sales rotation system.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond knowledgeably to inquiries.
Log tour assignments in the HGV system and manual logs, and prepare detailed tour information reports.
Maintain and interpret tour rules and update Sales Executive rotations.
Manage inventory and restock café and refreshment areas.
Issue taxi or rideshare reimbursements and balance extra premiums accurately.
Coordinate guest and owner pick-up and drop-off services with the transportation team.
Maintain the Sales Galleries.
