About The Position

The Sales Gallery Coordinator provides outstanding service to internal and external customers while supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments. The role coordinates sales rotations, checks in guests and owners for sales presentations, directs phone calls, monitors attendance and training attendance, manages kitchen supply inventory, and assists with department premiums and nightly reconciliation. The position also carries out reasonable requests from management that the team member is capable of performing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Warm, welcoming smile and demeanor when greeting guests and team members.
Helpful and impeccable communication skills.
Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.

Nice To Haves

Six months or more of previous experience in the timeshare industry.
Detailed understanding of the area and ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

Set and update daily Sales Executive rotations and specialty rotations on their effective dates.
Check in guests and owners for sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives using accurate codes.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension.
Supervise daily attendance and training attendance.
Inventory and restock kitchen supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda.
Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconcile them nightly.
Carry out reasonable management requests that the team member is capable of performing.
