Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic sales, outreach, and relationship development. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Council on Aging, Medicaid waiver programs, case managers, hospitals, and community agencies. Manage and convert a high volume of referrals with a focus on Medicaid and diverse populations. Conduct tours, move-ins, and follow-up with a sense of urgency and compassion. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure appropriate placement of residents. Track and manage leads, referral sources, and sales metrics. Represent the community in the local market through networking, events, and outreach efforts.
